This year’s event kicks off Tuesday evening, July 21, with a welcome gathering — then two full days of learning and collaboration on Wednesday and Thursday.

For 27 years, the FBS Summit has been the place where our partnership goes deeper by connecting directly with FBS product leaders, sharing what’s working, weighing in on what’s next, and spending meaningful time with peers. It’s also the chance for you to hear the latest on product strategy and industry trends straight from the FBS team, with plenty of table time to exchange ideas and tackle challenges together.

FBS Summit is open exclusively to FBS client-partners and participating vendor partner sponsors.

Where is the Summit held?

In 2026, FBS Summit will take place at the Jasper Hotel located in downtown Fargo, North Dakota.

How long is the event?

FBS Summit will kick off with a welcome party on the evening of Tuesday, July 21, followed by two full days of sessions, discussions, and networking events.

What topics are covered?

Sessions focus on best practices, product strategy, new ideas, industry trends, and opportunities to provide your feedback directly to FBS product leaders.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. The Summit includes built-in networking time, social events, and collaborative discussions with more than 100 MLS leaders, educators, and system administrators.

When will the agenda be available?

A detailed agenda will be shared with registered attendees prior to the event, typically the month before the event.

How do I register?

We plan to send registration invitations in April. If you do not receive an invitation, please contact us.

What airport should I fly into?

Hector International Airport (FAR) in Fargo, North Dakota. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available for transportation to downtown, about a 20 minute drive.

When should I plan to arrive?

We recommend arriving by the afternoon of Tuesday, July 21, before the first full day, in order to participate in the welcome event and maximize networking opportunities.

What can I do in Fargo during my free time?

Fargo has a lot to offer, especially downtown, with its restaurants, shops, and other activities. A guide will be included in the event app.

What should I wear?

Business casual attire is appropriate for both social events and meeting sessions.
