The Bev Reed Award

Since the FBS Summit began in 1999, it has been an opportunity for the people at FBS to meet face to face (starting in a backyard with some ribs on the BBQ), and connect with our client partners. For many years, prior to her happy retirement, a front row seat at Summit was occupied by Bev Reed from the Alaska MLS. Bev listened attentively, asked good (and sometimes hard) questions, and challenged us to make the product the best it could be. The Bev Reed award celebrates client partnerships that drive our shared success.

This annual award recognizes and celebrates one individual each year who exemplifies Bev Reed’s commitment to shared success, partnership with FBS and overall MLS Leadership.

Eligibility Criteria:

 

  • Must be a current FBS customer of the Flexmls Platform at the time of the Summit

  • Demonstrated partnership with FBS

  • People-first approach; caring and thoughtful

  • Clear and candid; courage and willingness to ask tough questions

  • Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning

  • Interfaces with subscribers/members and represents their voice

  • Empowers those around them to be successful through a solutions focus with openness and flexibility to the journey

  • Will speak up and challenge the status quo

  • Must be willing to sit in the front row at Summit 🙂
