Data Integrity
- Headmaster Emails: This data quality tool looks for rule violations on listings, using criteria defined by the MLS. Alerts can be sent to the MLS or members when listings meet the criteria. Headmaster rules and alerts are completely customizable.
- Field Constraints: Set constraints (limits or rules) for the data that is able to be entered into a field. A user cannot save a listing if they have entered prohibited data.
Copyright Data Report
If you copyright listing data for your MLS, you’ll be happy to know that we’ve made the copyright data-gathering process easy and efficient for MLS Administrators. Simply specify a date range and receive a CSV file anytime you would like to see a report that lists statistics for each property type in your MLS.
