Tracking Green Features in MLS Systems and RETS

I’ve been at the RETS schema work group meetings the last few days, and one of the topics that arose is defining the data for tracking green features of a property. I know there are some certification programs in place that should be tracked but what other data should the RETS standards include for green building?
