Michael Wurzer Realtor.com announced some really cool features, especially the promotion of agents by showing sold listings. This is a great idea to help promote both sides of the transaction instead of just the listing agents, which is all you see from active listings.
RETS was a topic for several demos from Marketlinx and FNRES. Cool stuff for helping MLSs manage RETS access. I’m so happy we have James Ridley on board at FBS who has built an awesome RETS manager for our flexmls Web customers.
Last, Clareity’s MLS satisfaction survey results were announced and I’m very pleased to say that FBS ranked very high for both end user and staff satisfacation. In fact, of the MLS vendors who serve more than two MLSs, FBS ranked highest in both end user and staff satisfacation. Huge thanks go out to all of our clients who responded to the survey and also to all the employee owners at FBS who work so hard to provide our excellent service.
