In the last four years alone, FBS has successfully completed 150+ conversions and data shares. Each MLS is assigned a dedicated conversion team (CPR) to ensure expectations are clear and milestones are met. With an average 5 year tenure, they’re quick to sound the alarm if there is potential for challenges and are skilled in helping develop solutions.

Pre-conversion, our CPR team works with MLS staff to implement a detailed calendar that paves the path to a successful launch. Meanwhile, our marketing team customizes a ‘Countdown to Conversion’ communications kit made to educate and excite members about the transition ahead.

Behind the scenes, employee-owners are deployed to handle:

  • RESO Data Dictionary review and certification
  • Contacts and Searches (if allowed by current vendor)
  • Creation of new, custom listing reports based on your MLS’s needs
  • Creation of Data Integrity rules to make your listing data cleaner than ever
