Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

FBS, the 40+ year leader in developing software and solutions focused on real estate multiple listing services (MLS) is seeking a Product Marketing Manager responsible for developing strategies, campaigns/programs and content that: (a) communicate new features and feature enhancements of existing software and tech, (b) measurably support sales efforts (retention and new revenue development) and (c) bolster product awareness, demand, adoption and engagement across the board with a nationwide population of (non-technical) software users and enterprise clients of varying sizes and experience-levels.

Responsibilities:
• Become a subject matter expert for FBS products
• Develop product marketing strategies and create + deliver/deliver compelling campaigns/programs that foster awareness and software adoption across marketing channels and touchpoints (email, software newsfeed, landing pages, social media, websites, etc.) and mediums (written, video, visual (presentations, tutorisals, etc.)
• Transform technical details (functionality and features) into memorable, easy to consume, replicable, value points in collaboration with training, support, documentation and product managers
• Work with sales to understand goals and challenges. Consider those in message/collateral creation and development, helping them achieve their goals and overcome challenges
• Maintain understanding of competitive landscape (and products)
• Own the process; ensure (create + maintain) processes necessary for efficient campaign/program execution, measurement and reporting and cross training
• Own the projects; lead cross-team, product-marketing-driven projects to success
• Work with Digital Marketing Ops to deliver campaign performance metrics and success
• Represent FBS and its products to the public and industry

Experience:
• 5+ years B-to-B Product Marketing developing and executing multi-media, multi-channel product marketing campaigns for software/tech products in a product-led, software organization
• 5+ years creating actionable content within software industry
• Graphic design experience; can create visually compelling content (Adobe suite)
• Experience/fluency with common MA /CRM, survey and marketing project management software programs (Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, Coschedule, etc.)
• Real estate software, Video Production and WordPress experience a + but not required
• BS in Marketing, Communication or similar field
