Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to develop the tools and campaigns that communicate the value of our products to the marketplace bolstering awareness, sales, adoption, engagement and customer success (retention). 


  • Learn, understand and be able to articulate the value and working details of FBS products to enterprise clients and end users 
  • Learn and understand the FBS client (personas) and end-user journeys in relation to FBS and its products to deliver messaging that’s laser focused on solving their problems and creating value just for them
  • Work collaboratively with FBS staff (especially sales, customer success, training and product) to understand their individual goals and challenges. Consider those in message/collateral creation and development, helping them achieve their goals
  • Understand competitive landscape (and products) to convincingly position key differentiators in messaging
  • Develop product marketing strategies and craft compelling campaigns that foster awareness, compel sales and adoption and bolster retention/customer success for assigned product lines that resonate across various marketing channels (landing pages, social media, websites, etc.) and mediums (written collateral, videos, web, email messages, guided help tutorials, etc.)
  • Transform technical details (functionality and features) into memorable, easy-to-consume customer and user value points 
  • Work with various teams (visual design, motion design, content distribution) to see creative projects through to completion to meet deadlines
  • Ensure brand and voice cohesion across all channels and within all messaging
  • Track progress and success making adjustments as needed
  • Represent FBS and its products to the public and industry


  • 2-5 years proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Brand Manager executing B-to-B multi-media, multi-channel product marketing strategy in the software industry
  • 2-5 years copywriting and marketing content creation experience for software end users 
  • Strong graphic design knowledge and capability (Adobe suite)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Experience creating email campaigns and surveys in popular software programs (Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, etc.)
  • Video Production experience a plus but not necessary
  • BS in Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Real Estate Software Industry experience preferred
