Marketing Content-Distribution Specialist

FBS, the 40+ year leader in developing software and solutions focused on real estate multiple listing services (MLS) is seeking a Product Marketing Content Distribution Specialist to work closely with the marketing team to bolster awareness, sales, adoption, engagement and customer success (retention) by mobilizing messages and campaigns (that are developed and created by the Marketing Team) across a variety of channels and mediums (internal and external). 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the FBS client (personas) and end-user journeys in relation to FBS and its products to ensure laser focused delivery of marketing messages in a multitude of channels to include email, web, digital/social, in-product
  • Work collaboratively with FBS marketing team to understand campaign and messaging goals, ensuring on-point delivery
  • Understand competitive landscape; convincingly and uniquely position communications
  • Develop content delivery strategies that generate the highest open and engagement rates leading to exceptional awareness and adoption
  • Develop and manage a schedules that allow anyone to see and understand the content distribution schedule and initiate new projects
  • Deliver metrics and input to guide content delivery strategies, ensuring the greatest impact
  • Manage company and product social media campaigns/personas; deliver success metrics and make adjustments for the highest viewership across all 
  • Ensure brand and voice cohesion across all channels 

Experience:

  • 2-4 years proven success managing multi-media and multi channel marketing campaigns for software brand and products (different messages and campaigns directed at different personas occurring simultaneously)
  • 2-4 years digital marketing and/or social media marketing experience (managing different personas and campaigns simultaneously) as part of a broader online marketing strategy (must be a social media whiz)
  • 2-4 years managing in-app help or training content population/delivery
  • Expertise with common email marketing software, creating and managing distribution lists, setting up campaigns, A/B testing, gathering metrics, etc.
  • Expertise with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Experience measuring campaign success and developing reports to show efficacy
  • WordPress experience; can make changes to existing templates
  • BS in Marketing, Digital Marketing Communications or similar field
  • Knowledge of Real Estate industry preferred
