FlōPlan® System Has Sunset

The FlōPlan System has been discontinued as of January 31, 2025. We extend a sincere thank you to all MLSs and agents who used FlōPlan to enhance their listings with professional floor plans. While FlōPlan is no longer an active part of the FBS suite of products, we celebrate its impact and provide resources for continued success in floor plan management.

FlōPlan by the Numbers

  • Over its lifetime, FlōPlan successfully delivered 41,000+ floor plans, with 23,000+ from retail MLSs and 18,500+ from licensed MLSs.
  • 23,000+ agent accounts were created, showing strong adoption and engagement.
  • At launch to retail markets, 1,491 new accounts were created in a single month.
  • The highest weekly FlōPlan-to-new-listing ratio reached 7.7% for licensed MLSs.
  • Customer satisfaction remained consistently high, never dipping below 98% approval in value, ease of use, accuracy, and overall experience.
    94% of agents who contacted support reported a positive resolution experience, further proving the dedication of our support team.

What Happened to My Floor Plans?

  • Floor plans you downloaded before the shutdown can be used however you would like. They are yours to keep.
  • Floor Plans Linked to Listings: Any floor plans linked to listings in FlōPlan as of January 30, 2025, have automatically migrated to the new Flexmls Floor Plan Section and remain linked.
  • Flexmls Floor Plan Management: After migration, users can set their floor plans in Flexmls to private, public, or delete them—similar to managing listing photos. However, floor plans are not downloadable from Flexmls.

Alternative Floor Plan Solutions

While FlōPlan does not have a direct replacement, Flexmls allows users to upload floor plans from other providers. Some recommended alternatives include:

New Flexmls Floor Plan Feature

Flexmls now includes a dedicated floor plan category separate from photos and documents. This section:

  • Displays floor plans distinctly on the Listing Detail Page.
  • Offers an improved, user-friendly viewing experience.
  • Previously linked FlōPlan floor plans at the time of FlōPlan shutdown were migrated to this section automatically.

FlōPlan Credits & Payment Information

  • Unused Credits: FlōPlan credits expired as of December 11, 2024.
  • Payment Information Security: FlōPlan did not store credit card details. Payment information processed through Stripe is no longer linked to FlōPlan accounts.
